nVent is seeking a Quality Inspector to ensure manufacturing processes meet high standards in electrical solutions. You will set up test workstations, perform safety-focused performance testing, and verify compliance with established testing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Five years of related experience in electrical installation within manufacturing or construction environments (or equivalent education/experience).
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product buildings for performance testing by setting up test workstations and verifying electrical safety measures.
• Conduct electrical performance testing in accordance with the Trachte Compliance Control (TCC) System.
• Review construction drawings and complete structured testing sequences for various electrical components.
• Use volt/ohmmeters to test circuit continuity and electrical safety.
