The role involves configuring and operating instrumentation and related equipment for testing, with data translated for engineering personnel and supervision by the Maintenance Supervisor. The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent and about 5 years of related experience, plus proficiency with AB PLCs, RSView 32, and drive systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical/tradeschool.
• 5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with cascaded drive systems, ladder logic, AB PLCs, and related instrumentation.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follows company methods and safety rules to ensure safe, quality operations.
• Selects, installs, calibrates, and checks sensing and recording instrumentation and circuitry.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on test apparatus and equipment.
• Installing and coordinating outside contractors for installation/repair.
• Uses computerized equipment to perform testing and generate graphs.
