Job summary

The role involves selecting, setting up, and operating instrumentation for environmental testing of mechanical and electrical equipment, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include maintenance of test apparatus, wiring and calibration tasks, and coordinating with outside contractors for installation and repair.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with related experience.
• Experience with cascaded drive systems, ladder logic, AB PLCs, AB RS View 32, DC/AC drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Follows company methods and safety procedures.
• Selects, installs, calibrates sensing and recording instrumentation.
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of test apparatus.
• Coordinates with contractors for installation/repair of test equipment.
• Uses computerized equipment to perform testing and generate graphs.
