Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with PLC operation, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, safety awareness, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently.
- Assist with repairs, troubleshooting, and machinery installations.
- Follow safety protocols and document maintenance activities.
- Maintain organized tools, accurate records, and monitor spare parts inventory.
- Support facility upkeep and collaborate with production to minimize downtime.
- Participate in training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
