You will respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, enter orders, and collaborate with distributors, manufacturers, and outside sales to ensure projects run smoothly and on time.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in electrical distribution or industrial supply.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes in industrial distribution.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels presenting electrical products and solutions.
• Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and negotiating prices using manufacturer pricing, distributor information, and internal guidelines.
• Review project specifications and electrical drawings to ensure accurate product selection.
• Process sales orders, change orders, returns, and warranty requests with full attention to accuracy and documentation requirements, while providing status updates to customers.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and collaborate with outside sales to close business.
