Job summary

MRL Company in Minneapolis is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our outside sales team, distributors, and end users with quotes, product recommendations, and technical support.

You will coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads, manage pricing requests, and keep CRM data up to date while contributing to ongoing growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and organization in a fast-paced electrical market.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in the electrical industry preferred.
• Inside sales or customer service experience in a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare and manage quotes, pricing requests, and submittals to support outside sales efforts.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support to distributors, contractors, and end users.
• Partner with outside sales to follow up on leads, close opportunities, and grow existing accounts.
• Track opportunities, maintain CRM/ERP data, and monitor pipelines for assigned manufacturers.
