• Order expediting: track and expedite orders to provide status updates proactively.
• Inventory partnership: work with management and warehouse to keep proper stock levels.
• Literature and collateral: keep product literature current and stocked.
• Product knowledge: build and maintain knowledge of each product line and attend training.
• Account relationships: build relationships across distributors, manufacturers, and Archway/FRM personnel.
• Sales growth: spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities on open quotes and support outside sales.
