Bechtel in Ohio seeks an Electrical and I&C CSU Program Manager to lead commissioning and startup for a large semiconductor facility in New Albany. You will coordinate CSU engineers, vendors, and operations to ensure safe startup and handover to the owner.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 13–19 years in mission-critical facilities; strong leadership, planning, and safety compliance are essential. This role offers national relocation and full-time work at project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; 13–15 years in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience leading large commissioning organizations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution and industrial automation.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for Electrical and I&C commissioning and startup across the project.
• Develop CSU execution strategy, staffing, testing plans, and turnover approach.
• Lead CSU engineers and ensure milestones align with startup goals.
• Coordinate interfaces between utility systems, process systems, control systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Champion project safety and regulatory compliance.
