Job summary

MMR Group, Inc. is seeking an HSE Coordinator for our Austin, TX site to drive safety compliance and training initiatives. The role emphasizes developing and maintaining the HSE Management System, conducting field audits, and supporting safety training across projects.

The position requires 5 years of electrical HSE experience and an OSHA 500 certification, with a typical 45–60 hour workweek and per diem for days worked. Travel to job sites may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred but not required; or minimum five years related electrical HSE experience.
• OSHA 500 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and implement safety training programs as needed and/or required.
• Maintain the HSE Management System and training database.
• Provide safety support to all jobsites and conduct field audits.
• Assist in accident investigations along with the Safety Director and/or superintendent.
• Meet with clients on safety issues and pre-job safety evaluations.
• Stay up to date on regulatory agency regulations.
