Job summary

Austin Industrial seeks an on-site HSE leader to manage the site safety program for an assigned project. You will lead safety professionals, train staff, and ensure compliance with company and customer safety policies.

The role requires OSHA 30, at least three years in safety/health, and industrial/manufacturing/construction experience. BCSP OHST/CHST certifications are preferred to support safety execution.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required; BCSP OHST/CHST or NCCER safety credentials preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive safety experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction settings.
• Strong knowledge of safety policies, incident prevention, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site safety program on an assigned project.
• Lead and develop safety staff and subcontractors on site.
• Create and maintain safety reports and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer safety policies.
• Develop and facilitate site safety trainings and SEP reviews.
