Job summary

Austin Industrial is hiring an HSE Coordinator for an Austin Industrial site in Houston, TX. You will lead site safety, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety policies while supporting project teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include on-site safety program execution, incident investigations, and safety reporting. Requires 4 years of related experience, TWIC and a driver’s license, plus NCCER credentials as applicable.

Qualifications

• 4 years of maintenance and construction safety experience.
• TWIC Card and a valid driver’s license required.
• CSST/NCCER certification.

Responsibilities

• Build working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor safety representatives.
• Assist in creating accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents.
• Assist in staff safety training and subcontractor development.
• Represent the company positively and professionally with the customer and subcontractors.
• Create and facilitate safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules.
