Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead the integrated design program for electrical equipment products, from requirements to design release with a focus on manufacturability.

You will drive design reviews, coordinate across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, and ensure BOMs, tolerances, and test plans are ready for production. The role requires proven PM experience in hardware, strong communication, and a bias for speed and excellence.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management on electrical or electromechanical hardware designed and manufactured in house.
Led at least one hardware product from concept to design release and first production lot with gate reviews.
Understands design for manufacturing, configuration management, BOMs, drawings, and test procedures.
Reads electrical single-lines, equipment schedules, and mechanical drawings to spot issues early.
Managed component suppliers and sub-supplier qualification to a design schedule.
Strong written status updates for executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Drive the design program: own integrated plan for one or more electrical equipment product lines from requirements through design release.
Run the design reviews: schedule and run concept, preliminary, and critical design reviews.
Make it manufacturable: involve manufacturing, quality, and supply chain early for BOMs, tolerances, test procedures.
Manage the component supply: track long-lead components, sub-supplier qualification, second sourcing.
Hold the configuration: maintain a single controlled set of specifications and drawings.
Report the truth: keep status, risks, and spend visible to leadership.
