Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to oversee electrical equipment product lines from requirements through design release. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across design reviews, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to keep the program on schedule.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical program management on electrical hardware designed and manufactured in house.
Experience taking a hardware product from concept through design release and first production.
Understanding design for manufacturing, configuration management, BOMs, drawings, and test procedures.
Ability to read electrical single-lines, equipment schedules, and mechanical drawings.
Experience managing component suppliers and sub-supplier qualification to a design schedule.

Responsibilities

Drive the design program from requirements through design release and gate decisions.
Run concept, preliminary, and critical design reviews; capture decisions and actions.
Make designs manufacturable by coordinating manufacturing, quality, and supply chain early.
Manage long-lead components and second sourcing to the schedule.
Keep specifications, drawings, and change requests in a single controlled set.
