Job summary

Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI infrastructure and seeks a proven Technical Program Manager to own hardware NPI programs from kickoff through rate production. You will coordinate design, manufacturing, quality and supply chain, driving gates and rapid decision-making in a high-velocity environment.

Candidate has 5–10 years of program management experience in OEM/ODM or hyperscale settings, an engineering degree, and a track record cutting scope or schedules when needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hardware NPI program management in OEM/ODM or hyperscaler environments.
• Engineering degree required; ability to assess design reviews with technical depth.
• Proven track record making hard calls to recover slipping programs and manage 20+ week lead times.

Responsibilities

• Own the program schedule, stage gates, and cross-functional execution from kickoff to rate production.
• Run risk and dependency management across design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Facilitate gate reviews and readiness scoring; push for decisive outcomes.
