Lightmatter is seeking a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager to drive hardware system programs from design through production, coordinating across electrical, mechanical, and system engineering teams. You will partner with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of milestones and enforce schedule governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of program management experience in hardware engineering.
• Proven track record managing concurrent engineering programs with shared resources.

Responsibilities

• Own program coordination across HW Systems activities and maintain an integrated schedule.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between HW Systems and other teams; facilitate meetings and decisions.
• Manage resource loading and capacity visibility; flag overallocation risks and drive trade-offs.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules reflecting milestones and gates.
• Coordinate material flow within HW Systems; partner with supply chain to land critical materials on schedule.
• Represent HW Systems in reviews; communicate schedule changes and commitments clearly.
