Job summary

Lightmatter is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the hardware systems program from design through production. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and priorities across electrical, mechanical, and system engineering, while aligning with SI, PI, SW, supply chain, and external partners.

You will manage dependencies, trade-offs, and program visibility, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and serve as the primary interface to broader organizational programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hardware program management experience.
• Proven experience coordinating with contract manufacturers and ODMs.

Responsibilities

• Drive schedules, resource planning, priorities, and cross-functional alignment for hardware projects.
• Manage dependencies, trade-offs, and visibility across internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated schedules across HW Systems activities from design through production.
• Coordinate material flow, BOM management, and supplier engagement with supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, surface risks, and drive timely decisions.
• Communicate program status and changes proactively to leadership.
