Job summary

Fluidstack seeks an Engineering Program Manager to drive electrical equipment product lines from requirements through design release and into production. You will lead concept, preliminary, and critical design reviews, coordinating with manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain to ensure BOMs, tolerances, and test procedures are ready for the first production lot.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management on electrical or electromechanical hardware designed and manufactured in house.
• Experience taking a hardware product from concept through design release and first production lot.
• Understanding design for manufacturing, configuration management, and BOM/drawing/test procedure integration.
• Ability to read electrical single-lines, equipment schedules, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design program from requirements through design release and gates.
• Run concept, preliminary, and critical design reviews, capture decisions and actions.
• Bring manufacturing, quality, and supply chain into the design early for BOMs, tolerances, and tests.
• Manage long-lead components and second sourcing to meet the design schedule.
• Keep specifications, drawings, and change requests in one controlled set for production.
• Report status and risks to engineering leadership without being asked.
