You will oversee technical and design services within a multi-disciplinary project team and help drive business development and client satisfaction. You will mentor staff, allocate resources, prepare design drawings and specifications, and guide project submittals while collaborating with multiple

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional engineering experience.
• PE Certification or ability to obtain via reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Act as client interface for project matters and interact with clients.
• Lead and oversee technical and design services for electrical engineering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Supervise and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on career development; recruit new regional staff.
• Allocate resources, balance manpower across projects, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
