Electrical General Foreman

Position Summary

The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
2. Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method.
3. Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
4. Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
