Position Summary

The General Foreman must be capable of performing the duties and responsibilities assigned by their immediate supervisor. They should provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
2. Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze work to find more productive, cost-efficient methods.
3. Monitor performance and provide written evaluations, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
4. Prepare employees for additional responsibilities and keep management informed of all significant information.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of industrial construction/maintenance industry experience.
