About the Role

100% remote insurance job opening. The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager is with a Top 100 Independent Insurance brokerage. Working on a legacy book on the Real Estate team, they seek a candidate with a well-rounded coverage background and extensive knowledge of property programs for middle market and larger accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the primary point of contact for service issues, you will:

1. Collaborate with internal teams in sales and client management to address service needs.
2. Coordinate with multiple contacts within the account to assist with quotes for new properties, communicate with lenders, and clarify coverage limits and details.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial insurance experience in a client service role.
• Experience managing real estate accounts is required.
• State insurance license.

Job Specifications

Location: The portfolio is based out of Chicago. The agency offers three work arrangements: in-office, hybrid (only for applicants in the greater Chicago area), or 100% remote for candidates in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan where regional offices are located.
