Electrical General Foreman

Position Summary

The General Foreman must be capable of performing duties assigned by their immediate supervisor, providing the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the crew(s) to accomplish the work.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
2. Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze work to identify more productive, cost-efficient methods.
3. Monitor performance and provide written evaluations, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
4. Prepare employees for additional responsibilities and keep management informed of all significant information.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of experience in the industrial construction/maintenance industry.
