Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an electrical foreman to lead on-site execution, driving safety, quality and customer satisfaction. The role leverages iPads and mobile tech for field management at projects under a senior supervisor.

A clear career path and access to advanced training are emphasized. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of electrical project supervision experience, hold a Journeyman or Master license, and demonstrate NEC knowledge along with solid writing and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who embrace technology and seek a clear career path.
• Must have an active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of NEC, local codes and safety requirements.
• At least five years managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, quality work that exceeds customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
