Power Design, Inc. is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead field teams on major projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality and customer satisfaction, leveraging technology such as company-issued iPads and smartphones.

Travel to our training facility and sites will be required to ensure standards are met and progress stays on schedule. The ideal candidate has at least five years of hands-on supervision on multimillion-dollar electrical projects, plus a valid journeyman or master

Qualifications

• Progressive electrical leaders who love using technology and want a clear career path.
• Five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license; NEC knowledge; local codes; safety requirements; basic writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with project Superintendent and other trades.
• Manage materials and manpower; enforce high quality and safety standards.
• Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, compliant results; mentor and motivate team.
