Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations on multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while leveraging technology such as iPads and smartphones to drive on-time delivery.

You will oversee material and manpower, enforce safety standards, and mentor crew members. A journeyman or master electrician license and at least five years of project leadership experience are required, with strong NEC knowledge and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), local codes and construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope, including management of material and manpower.

• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on designated scope.
