Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an electrical foreman to lead field operations, ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects.

You will coordinate with the project superintendent and trades while leveraging an iPad and smartphone to stay on schedule and within code requirements. The role requires a journeyman or master electrician license, plus five years of leadership experience and strong writing and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing a scope and multimillion dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• Knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope with the project superintendent and other trades, managing materials and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards.
• Use company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate workers on the designated scope.
