Job summary

Power Design seeks an experienced electrical foreman to lead field operations and ensure high quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects. The role utilizes iPads and smartphones for streamlined execution and requires active supervision of the crew with a strong emphasis on compliance with NEC and local codes.

Candidates should have a journeyman or master electrician license, OSHA 30 (preferred), and at least five years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active journeyman or master electrician license.
• At least five years of field supervision on multimillion-dollar electrical projects.
• Proficient NEC knowledge and local codes.
• Strong computer and writing skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to manage tasks and communications.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate team members on the designated scope.
• Manage materials and manpower to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
