Power Design seeks an electrical foreman to lead field teams on multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring quality, safety and on-time delivery while leveraging iPad-enabled workflows and on-site collaboration with superintendents.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in electrical construction, an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license, strong NEC knowledge, and solid computer and writing skills, with a commitment to Power Design’s core values.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience leading a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects in electrical contracting.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC and local codes.
• Basic computer and writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades, managing material and manpower.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards on site.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to ensure timely delivery and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
