Job summary

Power Design is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field operations, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction on multimillion-dollar projects. You will coordinate with the project team, manage materials and manpower, and drive on-site performance using technology such as company-provided iPads.

The ideal candidate has five+ years of leadership in electrical contracting, holds an active Journeyman or Master Electrician license, and demonstrates strong NEC knowledge and safety

Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of experience managing a scope and running multimillion-dollar projects for an electrical contractor.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license.
• Proficient knowledge of the NEC, local codes and construction safety requirements.
• Must have at least basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assigned scope in collaboration with the project superintendent and other trades, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high quality and safety standards across the project.
• Utilize company-provided iPad and smartphone to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.
