Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on industrial projects in Mountain Home, Idaho. The role requires interpreting specs, laying out work for crews, preplanning daily activities, and ensuring productivity to meet schedules.

You will monitor quality, coordinate material delivery, and maintain safety and documentation standards while traveling between job sites as needed. NCCER certification is preferred; 4+ years related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
• When on-site, actively participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
• Set a personal example of safe behavior.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work within precise standards of accuracy and follow set procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise up to six or more employees and Foreman.
• Coordinate daily activities of craft workers and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Monitor quality control of work in place by craft workers.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and fill out project reports (Daily Reports, Safety Reports, ESRs, Inspection Reports).
• Travel to different job sites with short notice.
