Job summary

MasTec is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems on industrial facilities. This role requires leading a crew, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and specs.
• Supervise daily crew activities and ensure productivity.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
• Coordinate materials and equipment deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate installation of electrical systems.
• Preplan daily crew activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Monitor quality and safety; conduct toolbox talks and training.
• Travel to different job sites with limited notice and support project superintendents.
