MasTec Industrial seeks a skilled Electrical General Foreman to lead electrical installation, maintenance, and inspection across facilities. You will plan daily crew activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate material delivery while traveling to project sites as required.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, and safety training. Expect on-site work, up to 12-hour days, and a competitive hourly compensation with benefits. MasTec is an equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Perform basic arithmetic for materials/weights.

• Plan, supervise, perform and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and inspection in facilities.
• Preplan daily activities and coordinate crew productivity to meet schedules.
• Monitor quality and oversee material delivery and equipment readiness.
• Supervise and mentor crew, conduct performance reviews, and document changes in status.
