Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate electrical installations on project sites. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a crew of workers.

Role requires traveling up to 90% to various job sites, with a minimum of onsite leadership responsibilities. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an electrical foreman.
• NCCER Certification/License preferred.
• Knowledge of MIC Health and Safety programs and project regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, perform and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet schedule.
• Monitor quality and safety during work.
• Coordinate equipment and material needs with operations.
• Travel to multiple job sites with short notice.
