Manatal is seeking a skilled Foreman Electrician to lead crews on heavy commercial electrical projects across industrial job sites. You will manage labor, schedules, and on-site execution while maintaining safety and quality standards, with regional or nationwide travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of field electrical experience, a Journeyman license, and prior foreman or leadership experience. Willingness to travel and strong professionalism are essential.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 5+ years of field experience in electrical construction.
• Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, installation practices, and safety protocols.
• Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of at least 4 (2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices).
• Manage project schedules, labor, and on-site execution under tight deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics.
• Oversee and perform installations for conduit and wiring, generator and UPS, and low- to medium-voltage systems.
• Maintain daily communication with project managers and internal teams.
• Enforce safety practices and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide clear, professional written and verbal updates.
