Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate all electrical installation and maintenance on project sites. The role requires reading blueprints, planning daily crew activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will travel to multiple job sites, supervise up to six workers, and coordinate with the site supervisor to meet schedules. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical foreman role.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, perform and coordinate installation, maintenance, repair and inspection of electrical systems.
• Preplan daily activities and coordinate crew productivity to meet schedules.
• Monitor quality and safety, ensure materials, equipment and reports are ready.
• Supervise up to six+ crew members and foremen; conduct performance reviews and training.
