MasTec seeks a Field Engineer II with an electrical focus to lead and support project controls across multiple disciplines. You will assist with scheduling, procurement, reporting, and contractor coordination at the Idaho project site while interfacing with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 2–5 years of field engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong ability to read drawings and contract documents.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of Field Engineer or similar experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret engineering drawings and contract documents.

Aufgaben

• Represent in a professional manner in all client interaction activities.
• Provide client with contract reports (weekly, monthly, schedule).
• Follow Corporate and site safety plans and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in work package preparation.
• Develop and review work plans and project schedules.
• Manage field procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain project records, RFIs, submittals, and daily reports.
