Job summary

BBEC, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead electricians and apprentices on job sites, planning, scheduling, assigning, and inspecting work. You will read blueprints and submittals, coordinate with project managers, estimators, and other trades, and ensure safety and code compliance.

You must train workers, develop goals, manage materials and equipment, and resolve disputes while maintaining professional standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of electrical trade practices, methods, and equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with diverse workers to convey instructions.
• Experience supervising electricians and apprentices on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign, participate in, and inspect the work of electricians and apprentices.
• Order or requisition materials, equipment, or supplies.
• Train workers in construction methods, safety procedures, or company policies.
• Read specifications, blueprints, and submittals to plan procedures.
• Coordinate with project manager, estimators, or other contractors to resolve problems.
• Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
