Job summary

ALBD Electric & Cable is looking for an experienced Foreman to lead larger crews on major commercial and residential electrical projects. The role turns plans into field work, manages labor and material needs, and tracks progress to protect milestones with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

The candidate will develop Journeymen and emerging Foremen, coordinate with trades, review drawings, and ensure code compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading crews on significant electrical scopes.
• Strong short-term planning and manpower management skills.
• Ability to interpret schedules and align field execution with milestones.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Lead larger crews or multiple work areas; set priorities and ensure safe, productive execution.
• Planning & Production: Build look-ahead plans, forecast needs, track labor, adjust sequencing to protect milestones.
• Technical & Quality: Resolve field issues, review drawings, ensure code compliance and quality.
• Coordination & Cost Awareness: Coordinate with leadership and trades; identify scope gaps and delays early.
• Leadership Development: Develop Journeymen and Foremen; provide coaching and succession support.
