Job summary

Amteck is seeking an Electrical Foreman for a new construction project. You will supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians, leading on-site work, mentoring teammates, and ensuring quality and safety. This role requires strong blueprints knowledge and coordination with other trades.

You will develop manpower plans, read project specs, and manage multiple aspects of installation, from conduits to devices. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to grow as a supervisor and coach a crew of five.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong communication with multiple trades and supervision on site.
• Familiarity with project schedules and the ability to develop manpower plans.
• Willingness to learn BlueBeam, Navisworks and related project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to high standards and safe practices.
