• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of five.
• Strong reading of blueprints, schematics, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Read and understand project specifications and layouts.
• Develop manpower schedules and ensure work meets NEC and local codes.
• Install and terminate electrical devices, panels, and conductors.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits.
