Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise installation, alteration, and repair work, ensuring quality and safety while mentoring about five team members on site.

The role requires strong blueprint literacy, NEC knowledge, and the ability to coordinate schedules and materials. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Demonstrates leadership abilities with the capability and desire to grow in this area.
• Ability to read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency with electrical layout and coordination using common tools.
• Familiarity with BlueBeam, Navisworks, and related programs for project planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work alongside the crew and ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands for supervision.
• Manage manpower schedules for the team and communicate needs clearly.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and NEC guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and production planning to meet goals.
