Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician in Chandler, AZ to lead a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial/industrial projects. You will install, troubleshoot, and commission electrical systems while ensuring quality and safety on site.

The role requires 7-10 years of electrical construction experience and strong leadership. You will read blueprints, develop manpower schedules, and coordinate with supervision to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Reads and interprets project specs, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work with crew to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Achieve production and budget goals by coordinating with the team.
• Ensure crew work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Measure, cut, install, and terminate electrical conduits and devices.
• Read project specs and electrical drawings.
