Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Proven leadership abilities to mentor a crew of five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and project specifications.
• Knowledge of BlueBeam and Navisworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards and safety protocols.
• Develop manpower schedules for the crew to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Oversee installation and termination of electrical devices and conduits.
• Read project specs and blueprints to guide on-site work.
