Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices and Helpers, review blueprints, manage material lists, and ensure work meets NEC and local codes on site.

This role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, scheduling, and on‑the‑spot problem solving to keep projects on schedule and within budget, while mentoring teammates and upholding quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Proven leadership with ability to mentor a five-person crew.
• Strong reading of blueprints, specs, and construction documents.
• Good communication and coordination with other trades and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality work and adherence to NEC and local codes.
• Develop manpower schedules and material lists from layouts.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of electrical systems on site.
