You will develop manpower schedules, prepare material lists, and mentor your team while delivering quality installations on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction in commercial/industrial settings.
• Able to lead a crew of ~5 workers and coach others.
• Read and understand blueprints, specs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on site.
• Ensure quality of work meets high standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Prepare material lists from layouts and job demands.
• Troubleshoot lighting and power circuits.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
