Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial/industrial electrical projects. You will supervise Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, preparing material lists, and coordinating with supervision to meet production and budget goals. Proficiency in reading drawings and BlueBeam/Navisworks is desired.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams of roughly five Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong reading of blueprints and project documents; attention to NEC compliance.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Assist in developing an effective manpower schedule for the team.
• Develop material lists from layouts and job site demands; communicate to supervision.
• Help achieve production and budget goals; communicate needs to the crew.
• Ensure all work complies with local and NEC guidelines.
• Read and understand project specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
