Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking a Foreman Electrician to oversee a crew of Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial projects. You will lead, train, and evaluate the team while ensuring work meets project specs and safety standards.

You will read project plans, develop material lists, and coordinate with supervision to meet production and budget goals. Proficiency with BlueBeam/Navisworks is beneficial for on-site planning.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial environments.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a crew of ~5 Helpers, Apprentices, Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong understanding of blueprints, specs, and project documents.
• Effective communication with trades and supervision.
• Willingness to learn and use BlueBeam/Navisworks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of work to the highest standards.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job site demands.
