Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to supervise a crew of Helpers, Apprentices and Journeyman electricians on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.

You will lead, mentor and train the crew, read blueprints and schematics, perform field layout with Trimble equipment, and ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes while meeting project schedules and safety standards.

Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet critical milestones.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to mentor a crew of five.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
• Experience with field layout using Trimble equipment.
• Basic understanding of coordinating with other trades and scheduling.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Ensure work quality meets high standards and project requirements.
• Develop manpower schedules for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and communicate to supervision.
• Perform field layout using Trimble equipment and software.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and components on site.
