Job summary

Comfort Systems USA seeks a Foreman Electrician to lead a commercial/industrial electrical crew on project sites. You will supervise Journeyman, Apprentices, and Helpers, install and modify electrical systems, and ensure work complies with NEC and project specs.

You will develop manpower schedules, prepare material lists, and mentor your team while coordinating with supervision. Proficiency with Trimble, BlueBeam, and Navisworks is a plus; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of five Helpers, Apprentices, and Journeyman Electricians.
• Strong understanding of project scope and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality work and adherence to NEC guidelines.
