Job summary

Comfort Systems USA is seeking an experienced Foreman Electrician to lead a crew on commercial and industrial electrical installations, alterations and repairs. The Foreman will mentor Journeymen, Apprentices and Helpers, read blueprints, and ensure work aligns with project specs and NEC standards.

You will develop crew schedules, coordinate materials, and communicate effectively with supervision to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach a small crew (5 people).
• Understand scope and communicate across trades and supervision.
• Read and interpret project blueprints and contracts.
• Understand construction schedules and coordinate with teams.
• Learn and apply BlueBeam, Navisworks for project plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Journeyman, Helpers and Apprentices on the job site.
• Work alongside the crew ensuring high-quality work.
• Develop manpower schedule for the team.
• Create material lists from layouts and job-site demands.
• Help meet production and budget goals.
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local guidelines.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, and install conduit and devices.
